Coco Matcha Truffles

Coco Matcha Truffles


1 tsp Masuta Matcha Everyday Grade
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup coconut milk
1 small block of vegan dark chocolate


1).  Add the oats and coconut to a blender and blend into a flour.

2).  Combine all ingredients except the chocolate in a bowl and form a smooth, evenly mixed dough.

3).  Roll into golf ball sized balls and place on a lined baking tray in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.

4).  Meanwhile, melt the chocolate by breaking it up and placing into a small metal bowl, then placing that bowl into a larger metal bowl filled with boiled water. 

5). Stir the chocolate with a metal spoon until it melts.

6). Remove the filling balls from the freeze and roll each one in the melted chocolate, using a fork to place each one carefully back onto the lined tray.

7). Return the tray to the freezer for a few hours or overnight and then remove and enjoy!
