Sourced exclusively from a single tea farm located in Uji, Kyoto. Our matcha is made from 100% certified organic green tea leaves that have been shade grown for up to 30 days before harvesting and stone ground into a fine powder. 

Only the youngest and most tender leaves are harvested for our Ceremonial Grade, providing a delicate flavour rich in antioxidants and nutrients. 

Our Everyday Grade has a more robust flavour that holds up when mixed with other ingredients, yet is delicate enough to drink on its own.
