¼ cup of coconut yoghurt or greek yoghurt
1 tsp of matcha
2 Tbsp of honey or maple syrup
¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup of granola (or muesli)
1). Combine the matcha, maple syrup and coconut yoghurt.
2). In a glass or bowl, create layers starting with the matcha yoghurt then the granola. Repeat until you've used up these ingredients.
3). Top with blueberries and raspberries. You can use any type of fruit that's in season. We also love to add cocoa nibs, grated dark chocolate and pomegranates.
