Drawing from inspiration, Evie of @littlecitybowl created this recipe for matcha bliss balls, which are packed with antioxidants, healthy fats and protein. This recipe is made with affordable ingredients and is extremely easy to make. It's the perfect mid-afternoon pick me up for post workout snack.
1 cup of dates
1 cup shredded coconut
1 Tbsp Masuta Matcha
½ cup of oat or almond flour
¼ tsp of ground chia seeds
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1). Soak dates in warm water until soft.
2). Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
3). Roll into small balls (as big or as small as you like).
4). Cover the balls with extra cocoa powder or matcha.
5). Place in the refrigerator until firm.
