½ tsp of matcha
200 ml of coconut or almond milk
¼ cup of blueberries or blackberries (raspberries or strawberries also work well)
1 large banana
1 big handful of baby spinach leaves
1 Tbsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of maple syrup or honey (optional)
2 Tbsp of protein powder and/or collagen powder (optional)
1). Place the blueberries or blackberries into a blender with a tablespoon of coconut or almond milk and blend for 5 to 10 seconds. Pour into a large glass and rinse the blender.
2). Place the remaining ingredients into the blender and mix on high speed until well incorporated. You can also throw all the ingredients into the blender to save time.
3). Pour into the glass and enjoy!
