3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp Masuta Matcha Everyday Grade
½ cup almond milk
¼ cup probiotic milk (or use Greek yoghurt, kefir or more almond milk)
a dash of vanilla essence
Add all of the ingredients together and leave to soak overnight. You can also add a dash of honey or maple syrup to sweeten it.
In the morning, stir and top with whatever takes your fancy - coconut shreds, pepitas, peanut butter and banana.
