Smoothie bowls are simple to make and only require a few ingredients. It's the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert and will keep you cool over summer. You can use any toppings your heart desires - chia seeds, coconut, dark chocolate and nuts also work well.
½ tsp of matcha
2 frozen bananas
¼ cup of coconut yoghurt
1). Add matcha, bananas and coconut yoghurt to a blender and blend until smooth you achieve the consistency of a soft serve. You will need to occasionally scrap down the sides as you go.
2). Scoop mixture into a bowl and add the toppings.
