This recipe was created by Sarah MacDonald of @sarahs_spoonful and is packed full of essential vitamins and antioxidants - a great way to start the day!
1 cup of steamed and frozen diced zucckini
½ cup of spinach
1/3 cup of diced frozen avocado
1 small frozen banana
1 tsp of Masuta Matcha Everyday Grade
¼ cup of almond milk
1 handful of ice cubes
Blend all ingredients and top with a little more banana, coconut shreds and hemp seeds.
