Ceremonial grade is perfect on it's own as a hot drink or as an iced tea.
To make a traditional matcha, mix ½ tsp with 75mls of hot water (not boiling) and whisk until frothy.
For a plain tea, mix ½ tsp of matcha with a small amount of cold water to form a paste, then add boiling water and stir.
Storage:
Once opened, ensure the tin is tightly closed and store in the fridge immediately after each use.
